2024 Policies
Deposits
Luxe Skin Bar LLC requires a non-refundable and non-transferable 50% deposit of the service fee for all appointments. The 50% deposit will only be applied toward to the scheduled service fee. If the client cancels their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit cannot be applied as a credit towards another treatment or skin care product(s). The client will pay the remainder of the fee after the service been rendered. Once the client has scheduled an appointment, the saved credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. Clients that submit an appointment inquiry will be send an invoice for the deposit. Once the deposit has been submitted, the appointment will be scheduled. If the deposit is unable to submit to the saved card on file, the appointment will not be accepted until the fee can be submitted.
Rescheduling
Clients needing to reschedule an appointment will need to contact Kristie at Luxe Skin Bar LLC directly by text at (480) 797-0257 Monday-Friday 10:00 am-5:00 pm and formally request reschedule their appointment (ex. I need to reschedule my appointment). Clients requesting to reschedule 5 days or less prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date will be subject to a $55.00 inconvenience rescheduling fee. This rescheduling fee will not go towards the service fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The $55.00 rescheduling fee will be applied every time the appointment is rescheduled. This policy applies to all clients and all appointments. Rescheduling must be done immediately upon request otherwise the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full or remaining amount owed for the service. Rescheduling requests received after normal business hours will be processed the following business day. Hours may differ for holidays or special events Luxe Skin Bar LLC reserves the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 2 or more consecutive appointments.
Late Arrival
Clients that are 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be automatically charged a non-refundable and non-transferable inconvenience late fee of $25.00. This fee will not be applied to the service fee. If the client is a minimum of 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and it will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full or remaining amount owed for the service.
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. If the client is late to their appointment, their service time will be adjusted accordingly and the client will still be required to pay the full or remaining amount owed for the service.
Cancelling

Luxe Skin Bar LLC reserves the right to terminate clients from our practice without cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit fee refunds if they reschedule or cancel 2 or more consecutive appointments. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable with no exceptions.
Luxe Skin Bar LLC does not accept emails or social media direct messages for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointment Confirmation
Vagaro automatically sends a confirmation text/email to the clients provided personal information on file 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date. If the client does not confirm of their appointment 5 days prior, the appointment will be subject to cancellation and the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full or remaining amount owed for the service.
No-call No-Show
No-call no-shows are not tolerated under any circumstance. The client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full or remaining amount owed for the service and will be banned indefinitely from future scheduling. As a result of the client not submitting the cancellation fee due to insufficient funds, card on file being turned off or removed from their Vagaro profile, the client will be sent an invoice for the amount due.
If the fee is not paid by the due date of the invoice, the client will be subject to their information and debt owed to Luxe Skin Bar LLC being reported and filed to Arizona Small Claims Court. A 10% interest fee will be added every month to unpaid invoices and the client will be responsible for all USPS mailing fees for demand letters and invoices, and court filing fees with Arizona Small Claims Court.
Card On File
All clients are required to have a valid credit card saved on their Vagaro profile when scheduling an appointment with Luxe Skin Bar LLC. If you wish to not have a card on file, you will not be permitted to schedule any appointments. In the event that the client removes their saved credit card from their Vagaro profile, all scheduled appointments made will be canceled with an in-advance notice. If the client removes their saved card from their Vagaro profile 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date, the appointment will be canceled and the will be sent an invoice for the amount due for the cancellation.
Miscellaneous
Clients are 100% responsible for making sure all their personal information is correct and up-to-date on their profile through Vagaro, including client intake form(s). Luxe Skin Bar LLC does not schedule appointments for clients without their consent. If the client forgets about their appointment and wishes to cancel or reschedule less than the 5-day cancellation or rescheduling period prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date, the client will be required to pay the cancellation fee or rescheduling fee in full. All clients are 100% responsible for their appointments being scheduled, canceled, or rescheduled. Luxe Skin Bar LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client.
New Client Intake Form
All clients are required to read, complete, and sign a new client intake form prior to their scheduled appointment. All clients will be required to agree to Luxe Skin Bar’s policies in order to schedule an appointment. If a client does not agree to Luxe Skin Bar LLC policies, they will not be permitted to book any appointments. All clients are required to answer the client intake form truthfully and to state any health conditions, medications, or allergies to avoid any adverse reaction to products used during or after service. Luxe Skin Bar LLC will not be held responsible for any undisclosed health conditions, medications, or allergies. In the event the client is dishonest about medications, allergies, health conditions, or when they have received their last skin treatment, laser treatment, or waxing service their appointment will be rescheduled with formal notice from Luxe Skin Bar LLC and the client will be required to pay the rescheduling fee in full.
Returns and Exchanges
Luxe Skin Bar does not offer refunds or exchanges for products, services, memberships, packages, gift cards, cancellations, rescheduling, consultation fees, or deposit fees under any circumstance with no exceptions.
Loyalty / Rewards Card
Luxe Skin Bar LLC loyalty/rewards card must be treated like cash. Once a rewards card has been lost, stolen, or damaged it may not be replaced. Clients may only have up to one (1) rewards card at a time. The client will be given one (1) stamp per appointment. The rewards card discount may only be applied to treatments. No additional discounts apply to the rewards card. Stamps will not be provided if the client forgets the rewards card at their appointment. The rewards card discount may only be applied to the following services: Facials, chemical peels, and DMK enzyme therapy.
Product Orders and Shipping
All product orders will be processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. All clients with a product order will be provided a tracking number and/or order number. All clients are 100% responsible for providing Luxe Skin Bar LLC with their current and correct shipping address. Luxe Skin Bar LLC will not be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses or lost packages. In the event the clients package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the client will be responsible for submitting the additional shipping fee to have the package re-delivered to the correct address. In the event the clients package is lost or stolen due to providing an incorrect address, the client will be responsible for re-purchasing their products and re-submitting their shipping fee in full.
Covid-19, Sick, Flu, and Family Emergencies
Clients that wish to cancel or reschedule 5 days or less prior to the scheduled appointment calendar date due to covid-19, cold, flu, being sick, or having a family emergency the client will still be charged a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee. This fee may be refunded if you provide proof of a positive covid test to Luxe Skin Bar up to 24 hours after the scheduled appointment. If the proof of testing is not submitted to Luxe Skin Bar within 24 hours after the scheduled appointment, the client will no longer be refunded the cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.
We ask that if you start feeling sick or if you were exposed to Covid-19, to please let us know as soon as possible.
Small Claims
If a client does not submit their deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, remaining amount owed of their service fee, or product order, they will be sent an invoice for the amount due and a 30 day demand letter. The client will have 30 days to pay the invoice in full. A 10% interest fee will be applied for every month the invoice is not submitted. If the client does not submit their invoice by the 30 day mark, the clients information and debt owed to Luxe Skin Bar LLC will be submitted and filed to Arizona Small Claims Court and the client will be responsible for paying all interest fees, USPS mailing, court filing, and processing server fees.
Chargeback and Disputes
Luxe Skin Bar LLC does not take chargebacks and disputes lightly. If a clients disputes a Luxe Skin Bar LLC charge or requests a chargeback, Luxe Skin Bar LLC will submit all the following information to your chargeback or dispute claim including but not limited to, your personal information and your new client intake form that was signed and agreed to upon scheduling with Luxe Skin Bar LLC. All clients that schedule with Luxe Skin Bar LLC are required to sign and agree to our policies and terms. If the client does not agree to Luxe Skin Bars policies, they are advised to not schedule any appointments.
Luxe Skin Bar LLC reserves the right to uphold these policies.
